Discovering the product vision, requirements, features, acceptance criteria and priorities with techniques like the Product Box, or Buy a Feature.

Product Delivery

Working with management, colleague Product Owners and teams to align the delivery of the most valuable products for the company using Portfolio Management and/or frameworks like Large Scale Scrum (LeSS).
